What we do

The Argentine side of your finances, handled end to end and explained in plain English.

Getting set up in Argentina

CUIT registration, monotributo or responsable inscripto, and registration with the city and provincial tax authorities. We tell you which regime fits your situation before you commit to one.

Monthly tax compliance

VAT, turnover tax (Ingresos Brutos), income tax and personal assets tax. Filed on time, every month, without you having to track a single deadline.

Company formation

Setting up an Argentine company (SAS, SRL or SA) as a foreign founder or shareholder, including registration with the corporate registry, tax IDs and corporate books.

Tax residency and foreign income

Whether you have become an Argentine tax resident, what that means for income earned abroad, and how the double taxation treaties apply to your case.

Payroll

Hiring staff in Argentina: employment registration, monthly payslips, social security contributions and the labour obligations that come with them.

Working with your accountant back home

If you keep filing in your home country, we coordinate directly with your accountant there so both sides of your situation line up.

When people call us

How it works

You write to us in English, we reply in English, and we book a first meeting — in our Palermo office or by video call, whichever suits you. That first meeting is free and it has one purpose: for you to leave it understanding your own situation.

After that, if it makes sense to work together, you get a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee. No surprises, no hourly billing you cannot predict.

We are deliberately a small firm. You will be talking to a partner, not to a call centre.

Frequently asked questions

Do you actually work in English?
Yes. Meetings, emails, WhatsApp and documentation, all in English. You are not going to be handed a form in Spanish and left to work it out.
Am I an Argentine tax resident?
It depends on how long you have been in the country, your immigration status and where your centre of vital interests sits. It is one of the first things we look at, because it changes everything else. We go through it with you in the first meeting.
Do I need to pay tax in Argentina on income I earn abroad?
If you are an Argentine tax resident, your worldwide income is in scope, though double taxation treaties and foreign tax credits often change the final number considerably. The answer depends on your specific case and where the income comes from.
Can a foreigner own an Argentine company?
Yes. Foreign individuals and foreign companies can be shareholders. There are registration steps involved, and the requirements differ depending on whether the shareholder is a person or a company. We handle the process.
I already have an accountant in my home country. Does that work?
It works well, and it is a common setup. We handle the Argentine side and coordinate with them directly so nothing falls between the two.
What does the first meeting cost?
Nothing. The initial diagnostic meeting is free, in person in Palermo or by video call. You leave it knowing what your situation is and what it would cost to sort out.
First step
Let's have a first
